Year 5:
Preparation 11+ Course
Our Year 5 intensive course prepares students directly for the 11+ exams, building on the foundations of our Year 4 course or for those starting from scratch. New students must qualify on our Admissions Test in English, Maths and VR. Our courses start in late September and continues until the end of the entrance examinations.

Twice a week lessons 3.5 hours (one 1.5 hours and one 2 hours)

This intensive course prepares students for the 11+ exams for the independent schools, building on the foundations of our Year 5 course or for those starting from scratch. Children must qualify on our Admissions Test in English and Maths.

GCSE Maths
Year 9-10 GCSE Maths courses prepare and develop students’ necessary skills for the GCSE Maths exams and ensures they maximises their potential. Our cover all the exam boards: AQA, Edexcel, OCR and City and Guilds.
The highlights of this preparation course are:

Preparation for the GCSE Foundation and Higher level Maths

Year 11:
GCSE Maths Guaranteed Scheme
This intensive course prepares students for the GCSE Maths examination. Our Year 11 GCSE Maths preparation course guarantees every student will achieve at least one level above his/her school’s expected grade. Writing Workshops
Almost all grammar and independent schools assess students’ writing skills. Our Creative Writing Workshop aims at advancing and augmenting children’s writing skills and is designed for success in 11+ and Common Entrance exams.
Year 4:
Writing Workshop
This intensive course is designed to improve your children’s ability to write creatively. They will learn about understanding stories and their structures, literary techniques, punctuation and grammar, writing to persuade and argue, non-fiction writing and continuation of stories that they may encounter during their exams. The course is run as the Year 4 courses have insufficient contact hours to prepare them for these.
Our workshop highlights are::
12-hour over 3 weeks (4 hours a day)
Two writing workshops every year for this year group.
The first one is during the early summer break
The second is during the late summer holidays
Revise grammar for writing (tenses, subject-verb agreement, clauses etc)

Year 5:

Our regular course spends significant time on creative writing for all the students. However, we organise special writing workshops for students who need more support to achieve the level to be successful in the 11+ examinations
