Meet Our Tutors
Zahid Chowdhury
Tutor
Retired University Lecturer and an alumnus of Colombia University (USA), Indiana University (USA), Monash University (Australia), and Heidelberg University (Germany) and has tutored since 2012.
He has experience of preparing for examination boards including
GL Assessment, CEM, ISEB etc. He has successfully guided hundreds
of students for admission to all the grammar schools in London and
many renowned independent schools including Westminster School,
QE Boys, Henritta Barentt, the Latymer, Highgate, HABS Boys &
Girls, Dame Alice Owen’s, St Michael’s, Mill Hill, Willson’s,
Wallington boys & girls, Non-such, Tiffin Boys, Essex Consortium,
South-West Herts Consortium and many other grammar schools.
Rivu Chowdhury
Tutor
Graduated from the University of Oxford (Law) and attended QE Boys, has also taught for the past 4 years.
He has been playing a complementary role which is one of the
factors behind the success of Chowdhury’s 11+ Clinic. He also has
the experience of preparing for all the examination boards including GL Assessment, CEM, ISEB etc. He knows what brings success and
instill his experience to the young minds.

Our Proven
Teaching Method
We cover all 11+ and 13+ subjects, including English, Mathematics, Verbal Reasoning, and Non-Verbal Reasoning. For GCSE students (year 9-11), we only tutor mathematics. Our holistic approach combines personalized lessons, homework, workshops, examination preparation, progress reports, and mock tests, ensuring your child is well-prepared for success.
Our Centre
We tutor at our purpose-built facility, located on Brent Place, Barent, which contains a waiting room for parents. We are located 0.3 miles from High Barnet Tube Station, which serves the Northern Line. It is well connected by buses, including the 107, 307, 326, 234, 263, 34, 389, 606, 634 and 84B from Edgeware, Finchley, Enfield, Potters Bar and more.
